Season 4
Johnny Sack, known as the New York underboss in the fourth season, wanted to kill Ralph, as he made a bad joke against his wife. He asked permission to terminate him, but was not given permission. The tension eventually cooled off, but later on Ralph was killed by Tony, as he believed Pie-O-My is killed by Ralph from a stable catastrophe.
Bobby Baccalieri and Janice had a romantic relationship, after Baccalieri’s wife death.

Christopher’s heroin addiction prompted his family and friends to bring him to a drug rehabilitation center.
Adriana befriended a woman, who turned out to be an FBI agent, and she immediately terminated the whole affair, but later on she was compelled to a become a federal informant.
Junior faced his RICO trial, but was later on declared as a mistrial.
