Silvio’s cool headedness is perfect for his role as Tony’s Consigliere. He usually acts as mediator to resolve issues and always accompanies Tony to sit downs to arrange disputes. Silvio is always a clear headed thinker, which is why Tony trusts him.Silvio counseled Tony through a lot of difficult disputes, and he is the one who can convince Tony to go against his impulses, as Tony is always hot headed and in mood swings.
